We want you to be happy and satisfied with your shopping experience and purchase(s) made at our store.  Please be sure to read our return policy in its entirety.

 

The following return policy applies to purchases made at Perfect Fit Fashion and Accessories.

 

1. All jewelry and accessories (e.g. earrings, necklaces, bracelets, rings, hats and scarves) are considered final sales and cannot be returned for exchanges, credits, or refunds.

2. In addition, all gift certificates and cosmetic items are final sales and refunds will not be granted.

3. Sale or discounted items are considered final sale and cannot be returned for exchanges, credit, or cash refunds.

4. For all other Non-sale items to be eligible for an exchange, credit/debit or cash refund (if purchased in-store with cash payment) as described below, the merchandise must be returned unworn with original tags intact and must be accompanied by the original receipt  within 3 days for in store purchase and within 7 days of receipt if purchase was made on-line.   After these timelines, your purchase is considered final sale and no exchanges and/or refunds of any type (i.e. cash/credit) will be granted.  NOTE:  No cash refund for on-line purchases.  No Exception.

 

Return Fees

• We are not responsible for the shipping and return shipping cost if applicable.

• For on-line purchases, refund will be issued with deduction of shipping cost from the original payment according to the receipt of the returned packages.

• We will notify you when we've received your return and we aim to process refunds within 3-5 working days. The length of time it takes for the funds to appear in your account will depend on your payment provider.
